Users
Viewer: read only. User: edit items, adjust stock, check out, edit BOMs and categories.
Admin: everything, including deleting items and categories and managing users.
Users and admins can also be given duties, which say whose turn a request is:
Approver approves or rejects requests, and gets an email for each new one.
Purchaser places orders and manages jobs, vendors and payment methods, and gets an email when an order is approved.
Admins can approve and purchase without the ticks, as a backup, but get those emails only if ticked.
Changes apply straight away.

Import Orders
Loads orders from the old order-tracking spreadsheets (.xlsx, a tab per month), as placed or received orders. Stock levels don't change. Lines with the same PO number become one order. Importing a file again skips the orders it already has.
Basecamp
When an order is placed, a completed to-do goes into a list called Aerolab Hub Purchases in its job's Basecamp project, which Aerolab Hub creates itself the first time. Jobs without a project use the same kind of list in the project below. To give a job such as SHOP its own project, pick the project in Jobs & Vendors. Cancelling a placed order adds a comment to its to-do. Aerolab Hub only ever adds to its own lists, and completes and comments on its own to-dos. Imported orders aren't posted.
Jobs from Basecamp
Once a day, every active project named "Name (job number)", such as Archer Aviation (26-13ACA), becomes a job. Jobs that already exist keep their names, unless theirs is blank. A job whose project is archived or deleted is hidden, and shown again if the project comes back.
